I know it's been so long since you've read anything new on this site, that you were wondering whether to visit again at all. I would apologize, but I'm just way too tired. Sam and Will are sleeping anywhere from 6 to 8 hours at a pop and what a relief that would be. The only problem is Tom is what the books call an "active" baby. That's the politically correct term for any child that reacts as if you'd raked him over hot coals when you try to lay him down at night. He doesn't have colic, he is not sick or in pain. He is what you might call "spoiled." A nicer term would probably be strong-willed. Late last night he might also have been referred to as a "little sh**" by one parent or another, but I digress.
Suffice it to say we are rocking along pretty darn well given the circumstances, but there's not a lot of energy left over at day's end for creative writing or picture posting. Give me another week of grace, and I'll try to come through with some good pictures at least. Thanks for all the support and kindness along the way.
By the way does anyone know how to get out Vaseline stains? If so, please e-mail me ASAP. Jack finger-painted his favorite shirt, and is heart-broken that I won't let him wear it anymore. Thanks in advance for the help!!

I would recommend organic solvents to get out the petroleum jelly. Start with short chain solvents like ethanol (everclear 190 proof) and progress to longer chain solvents like mineral spirits. If the short chain solvent fails, you can mix the ethanol with a variety of other liquid that will make the problems of multiples seem better for a short while.
